Wills - A Will is important as it shows your intent and you can provide for a Guardian of a Minor child in the Will. One does not want to die intestate or without a Will. A Will in and of itself will not necessarily keep you out of Probate Court
Trusts - There are a variety of different types of Trusts dependent upon the nature of your Estate.
Revocable or Living Trusts - Can be amended or modified as your life, circumstances and Estate change.
Irrevocable Trust - Trusts that can be set up for the protection of the Estate and often times may provide tax benefits dependent upon who you are naming as beneficiary and the nature of the bequest.
Special Needs Trust - Can be created if you have a loved one that may have special needs that need to be provided for going forward.
Power of Attorney for Health - Allows a party that you have selected and named as agent to make health care decisions if you are not able to make those decisions for yourself.
Power of Attorney for Property -
Allows a party that you trust to make financial decisions, pay bills, and carry on your affairs if you are not able to do so yourself.
